Mexico City, Mexico

1988. Assisting INDETEL with troubleshooting Primary PCM installations and FDM testing in local factory and onsite installations in various cities.

INDETEL was a subsidiary of ALCATEL at that time.

Mexico City was the base of the operations. A big city surrounded by mountains. The smog at some times was dangerously high; sparrows falling from the sky, kids had to stay at home.
