1982. Technical assistance for Public exchange line-test-desks at Samsung Daegu factory: Last assistance of the 10CN technical transfer project 

1994-2018. Large number of missions implementing/commissioning of PDH & SDH systems.

1986-1992. A number of long term and short term missions.

First long term mission: Beijing, Shanghai. Implementation of primary and high order PCM over optical Fiber and copper lines to interface older analogue local exchanges with the System 12 toll and international exchanges.

Second long term mission: Nationwide roll out of high order PCM systems to link toll exchanges.

1991-1999. A number of missions to implement, commissioning, after sales service and upgrade Primary subscriber PCM  systems (line extenders) for Sing Telecom and MRTC.

1996-2011. A number of projects within Metro Manila.

First 7 years worked at the Office of, at that time, ALCATEL SEL: implementation of Subscriber PCM (line extenders) for PLDT, involving road side cabinets.

Implementation of SDH Road side cabinets for ETPI/Cable & Wireless project.

Implementation of Data & Voice network for Meralco Telecom (PDH + SDH backbone)

Because of personal preference at the time, I made Manila my home base from where I served the projects in Asia and Middle East.

2000: R&D on signaling converters between digital and older Exchanges.

Assisting local office with implementation of Network Management System for primary PCM (mainly used for leased lines)
